During 1966 and 1967 our family spent several days driving around Rancho California looking for unique properties. We bought a great property in 1967 that we liked. Over the years we loved visiting Rancho California and watch it grow.Early in 2021 we decided it was time to sell the 48 acres and we contacted Nancy Hughes and listed the property with her. By the end of summer Nancy presented us with a fair offer and we closed escrow in November. Some of the things that made this process difficult were we were in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and our property is undeveloped vacant land.We were very pleased with Nancy and her team’s professional communication skills, advise, and timely follow through!
