Nancy Hughes impressed us with her years of experience and vast knowledge of the real estate market in the Temecula Valley. She presented a very extensive report of homes that had sold in our area and what we could expect to sell our home for, along with a complete list of expected costs of selling our home. She kept us informed through the whole process. We also received top dollar for our home in our neighborhood. We were buying a new home in Temecula and which was not completed in time for us to move out of the home we sold in Murrieta. Nancy diligently went to work to find us a home to rent and a storage company to hold most of our furniture for the short term of 2 months. She did this in less than 1 week. Only a real estate agent with her skills and years of experience could accomplish this transaction in the short time we had to get this done. We could not have been more pleased when she sold our home in Murrieta in 2006 and moved to Temecula. Then in 2012 we decided to move, and we called Nancy to list our home. Again, Nancy brought the buyer and sold the home within 2 months. We felt truly fortunate to have Nancy represent us with the sale of 2 homes.
