I'm a real estate hobbyist. I have been reading and posting on related internet forums for 12+ years, with 9 units of the required RE license college units under my belt literally just for the fun of it. Needless to say, I really enjoy following the market and can sometimes be a (probably annoying) know-it-all on the subject.
